Hello Members,

Over the last 6 months we have tried very hard to keep the site protected and we have come up against lots of hackers and and some not so nice people during this time. We had updated security to the max and tried to pay people at all times each month. It was very unfortunate that the month of December did not fair well for us, well to be exact the last day of december we had our biggest problem to date with the main server hacked to bits and accounts were messed up big time. So we had to recover a back up file of 14th of December which was the most recent one not to have been tampered with, anyway to cut a long story short it took us almost 4 weeks to get the site and accounts back to normal or as near as we could get them back to normal which was a huge task to complete and took a lot out of us. We then went and spent over $1000.00 on server security to protect our business so that touch wood we never have to go through another six month period like that again.

SO WHATS NEXT!

We have looked at the business and by rights it should be working fine but we have 3 main problems right now that we need to correct these in order to smooth out the shares2wealth.com and the future earning and reward capabilities which are as follows!

1. Traffic to site generation
2. Commission structure
3. Membership structure
4. Alternative revenues

Now before we go into these i want to make a statement about shares2wealth.com!

At all times we at shares2wealth.com have always had our members best interests at heart and if we wanted to cut and run we could have done so long ago. Like any business we have to move with the times and with the collapse of one of our traffic partner company and the other one changing payment strategies we are now having to look further a field and into different avenues to be able to pay rewards.
So please keep an open mind when reading below please.

Changes that are coming!

Traffic Generation
Our alexa ranking has gone from 74k in November to 156k February this is not good news this means that traffic has slowed by 50% to our main site. Our traffic is based on returning traffic as well so it tells us that not only are distributors not putting links out there but they are not even coming to site for weeks at a time. So to attract new partners we need to get this element moving once more get your referral links out there and start tell people about our great business.

The commission structure
has to be changed no two ways about it. We have to change it to 5% until people start to refer again. Once we start to get new members on a regular basis we will return this back to 10% we hope to do this within two months max.

The membership structure
From 15th of February every member will need to pay a Membership license fee monthly. We are making this compulsary because there are to many cheats who have paid nothing since november when it was introduced but now want to cash out there shares and offer one payment when other members who i totally honour have paid month after month. So with immediate effect if you dont have a monthly license paid by no later than 25th of each month you will not be able to claim rewards for the following 2 months. I know this sounds harsh but this will deter those cheats and will help those who are reliable honest members to get the rewards that they deserve each month.
License Fees will be $15.00 monthly from 1 bluestar to 10 greenstar anything above and including the lower amount will be $25.00 monthly payable by 25th of each month.

So thats the big news now for some not so nice News!
Withdrawals will open this month but will be on a very limited basis this month and for the month of March will be slightly better this will give the business time to recover and build our merchant accounts to be able to pay rewards in the correct manner so by the month of april we hope to be able to just open up withdrawals normally.
So this month withdrawals will open on 15th of Feb with a limit of 15.00 per day for 7 days for license holders only and again on the 15th March we hope to upgrade the amount by that time to at least $25.00 - $50.00 per day subject to new income returns and traffic payments that are very late coming in.

Site down for security reasons - Dec 6 Update

Shares2Wealth site has been down for several days now. This is due to a hacker attack during their current monthly withdrawal period. They might have to change their servers and site will be accessible shortly. An email update will be sent out to members ASAP. For your info - my first Dec withdrawal request was processed on Dec 2. This inconvenience happened right after that.

I speak to many members daily and the world is in turmoil. Everyone i speak to has money issues of one sort or another. Its hard out there and getting harder by the day to make ends meet.

We are very proud at shares2wealth.com - we love to pay our distributors no question about that, but we have also devised a system for solid sustainable growth which allows us to diversify our assets to create wealth which we share with you our distributors.

Rewards are paid to each and every distributor for 7 days each month starting from the 1st of the month and ending on the 7th day of any given month so that we can use the assets we have and Grow the assets for you.

We make money in various ways:

Our Website

We have had a few comments about the look of the website and that we should change the look and feel. Personally i dont like flash i hate it i love simplicity. You can have the best looking website in the world but if its not paying its members all the Bullshit videos and false promises mean nothing.

We will do a little work over the next month and nothing that will inhibit our members. We will add a few more user videos, More reference information and some new banners.

Our Support System

Our support has been top class over the last 3 months most issues are resolved within a few hours and our staff are fully up to date with the new security checks in place.

Rewards/Payments.

Our system is one of the best. Each time a withdrawal request comes into our back office the system automatically checks many things like last ip address used for the account its also checks previous requests and user names and email addresses used. It's that good that we have saved at least 10 accounts from fraud due to the members having there gmail accounts hacked over the last month and we have had many of those members thanking us for the block/holder being installed to protect them.

Memberships and special stars.

Over the next month we will be introducing a membership fee. There are 2 reasons why we are going to introduce the fee as listed below.

1. Additional income for the business
2. We are making our website a private membership association which will protect us and you long term.

We will only have one fee which will be monthly and will have to be paid between the 7th and 25th days of each month with new money. So you can withdraw and then renew your membership each month to recieve rewards for the following month.

We have looked at the costs and some of our competitors whos fees range from $15.00 - $100.00 a month and we feel that we would like to start on the lower end of the scale at around $15.00 for now and we will see how this works for the time being.

3. Non payment of membership fee will mean that your account rewards will grow and you will not be able to withdraw.

We hope all of our Distributors understand the reasons behind the membership fee structuring and support it in full. We know there will be sceptics but thats life we cant please everyone. But we feel that we are sure that you our distributors would not mind spending $15.00 a month for peace of mind knowing that you could withdraw up to $700.00 a month plus with the assurance that you will be paid.

All limits and levels will change as accounts grow the $100.00 a day withdrawal limit right now is based on the accounts we have in place and is able to more than cope with what is in your accounts. This limit was also put in place as part of our security measures.
